Up to 20 men will embark in brotherhood for a 10 week structured program including a 3 day “Find your Voice Retreat” and a staged public performance .

Welcome to the 10-week journey for men who are ready to find their voice through song.
You’re not alone. Somewhere along the way you may have been told your voice is out of tune or pitch. Teachers, parents, friends, may have laughed. Right then and there a little piece of what was gifted to you as a child was squashed and it then hidden away; not to be heard except perhaps alone in the car or in the shower. Perhaps only heard collectively at a boring happy birthday song or during the Christmas carols.
We’re here to change all that. Regardless of whether you’re aiming to enter X-Factor or not, we can guarantee you will leave the Gentlemen’s Choir with a new sense of confidence in singing in all the places and spaces you were once shy to sing. Your song is magic and you’ll leave being reminded of that.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TOLD THAT YOU CAN’T SING?
More than just a choir, this container blends vocal expression, brotherhood, and men’s work to guide men from boyhood to embodied, expressive manhood. No prior singing experience needed – just the courage to show up. Once upon a time all cultures and tribes were held by the strength of song and chanting from the men. This is an opportunity to do what your forefathers once did. This is for ANY man who has the courage to explore himself as well as his fears.

You are given the space to speak your own truth, without fear and without judgement. You leave each week of the choir feeling more confident, more alive, more creative and more INSPIRED. You build emotional resilience and friendships that you may not have dreamed of. The final performance: to showcase your hardwork, collectively singing with your brothers in front of a crowd.
Heading home, You sing not only in the shower but in the workplace, in the street, and in front of your family and everyone who would listen, seeing a new, more alive and integrated version of yourself. You hold back less, not only in song but in taking risks in life. This is just the beginning of the gifts the teachings and the brotherhood of the Gentlemen's Choir will give you.
THE 10-week men’s singing journey
Term 2, 2025 | Aug 12 – Oct 25
The program will be led by 3 expert facilitators who have a breadth of experience in mens work, music knowledge, song, and performance. Over the coming weeks they share components of song, voice, breath, rhythm, harmony and melody. In addition to the exploration of men's work through Storytelling, themes of masculinity, values, and shadow work.

3 Day Find Your Voice Retreat.
Vocal coaching in pitch, tone, rhythm, melody, and harmony with Joshua.
Exploring movement, choreography, and authentic storytelling with Victor.
Circling, shadow work, games, accountability, and Inner Child Work with Luke.

Sessions are held every Tuesday, beginning on the 12th of August.
Dates for the ‘Find Your Voice’ Retreat are still pending. This will be mid-journey.
The performance will be held at the end of the container.

No! All are welcome and encouraged to take the leap into self-discovery through singing.

Each session is held on the Tuesday of each week, in a private rehearsal studio in Plenty, Melbourne.

The performance is where the training is put to the test. We finish the journey with a community performance night, where each man has the chance to witness their gifts publicly (not in the shower). It's not really a performance, it's a sharing.
